• The value of Alora vouchers is determined by the associated receipt of purchase

• Please mention your voucher to one of the team on arrival

• This voucher is valid for Alora, within the terms of existing UK law and statutory rights, for 12 months after purchase

• Photocopies or scanned copies are not valid

• Vouchers must be redeemed in full, in one transaction

• Vouchers can be redeemed against offers and promotional menus

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

• Protect your voucher - lost, stolen or damaged vouchers will not be replaced

• Our normal reservation and cancellation policies apply

• Customers must be over 18 to purchase alcohol and the relevant ID may be required
